Flags at half-staff effective immediately

By order of U.S. President Barack Obama, all U.S. flags at state and government offices will be flown at half-staff effective immediately in honor of Justice Antonin Scalia, who died Saturday, Feb. 13. The order shall remain in effect until sunset on the date of his interment, which will be Saturday, Feb. 20.
