Dr. Andrew Hurley, chair and professor of history at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, will present “Public History and Climate Change: A View from St. Louis,” at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, in Room 314 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. The presentation will report on a university-community partnership that employs historical data to encourage critical thinking about issues of urban heritage and sustainability in the context of long-term climatic changes. The event is hosted by the Environmental Research Center.
