Open forum focuses on faculty bylaws

An open forum to discuss changes to the faculty bylaws will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, in the Meramec/Gasconade Room of the Havener Center. Members of the bylaws taskforce and Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor Dr. Robert Marley will be on hand to provide background.
The forum focuses on necessary changes to the faculty bylaws that reflect Missouri S&T’s new administrative structure with two colleges. Specifically, the proposed bylaws changes relate to how vice provost and deans should be selected in the future. Attend this forum for an exchange of information and to provide suggestions to help guide this important initiative.
