Water science seminar set for Sept. 11

Amy Beussink, director of the U.S. Geological Survey at the Missouri Water Science Center, will present “USGS Water Science Activities in Missouri,” at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, in Room 314 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. Attendees will learn more about the variety of water resource science activities of the USGS Missouri Water Science Center across the state of Missouri including monitoring, analysis, and modeling of streamflow, groundwater, and water quality. The event is hosted by the Environmental Research Center.
