Flags to fly at half-staff Friday

In accordance with Missouri State Law, section 9.134, flags at all state and government buildings will be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Friday, Sept. 11, to honor the individuals who died as a result of the terrorist attacks against the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.
