The Writing Center‘s mission is to help Missouri S&T students become better writers, and it provides support for instructors who believe that strong writing skills are crucial to academic and professional success. It is open for tutoring beginning Monday, Aug. 31, and its staff are available to make 10-minute class presentations introducing students to tutoring services. The center also offers comprehensive presentations and workshops on specific writing-related topics and its website provides links to numerous resources.
