New phone menu for physical facilities

Physical facilities has recently employed a phone menu system. Now when you call the department’s main line at 341-4252, you will be presented with the following choices:
- Press 1 for facilities operations or maintenance needs (Jim Packard’s group)
- Press 2 for vendor inquiries
- Press 3 for design and construction management (Ted Ruth’s group)
- Press 4 for custodial services
- Press 5 for landscape services
- Press 6 for all other inquiries.
Making the right choice will help the department route your call quickly and efficiently, with the minimum amount of call transfers. For after-hours maintenance emergencies, call University Police at 341-4300.
