Nominate a faculty member for a faculty award in Achievement, Excellence, Research, Service or Teaching. Faculty Excellence nominations are due by Friday, Sept. 25. Nominations for Achievement, Research, Service or Teaching awards are due by Friday, Nov. 6. Send submissions to Barb Palmer.
Information, instructions, eligibility, award criteria and electronic versions of the nomination forms are available online. The submission format consists of one signed hard copy and one electronic copy (single PDF file) of the nomination.
