Nepal earthquake candlelight vigil

On Saturday, April 25, a massive earthquake struck Nepal, devastating the country. Join Nepalese students and community members at a candlelight vigil, which will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, May 7, on the Havener Center Lawn, to remember the victims of this tragedy and show support for the community.
Chancellor Schrader will speak, along with Dr. Joseph Smith, the Laufer Endowed Energy Chair Professor of chemical and biochemical engineering. A story from a student representative will follow, and the event will culminate with a moment of silence. For more information, contact Shyam Paudel.
