The Missouri S&T Miner Volleyball Team will host a “Date Night on the Miners” event, where parents/guardians can enjoy a night out, while players and coaches from the Miner volleyball team take care of their children 6-9 p.m. Friday, May 1, inside the main gym of the Gale Bullman Building.

The cost is $5 per child per hour, plus additional donations will be accepted. Parents can choose 1-3 hours for their kids to participate. Drop off will begin after 5:45 p.m., with pickup beginning after 7 p.m. Children ages 3 and older are welcome (must be potty-trained).

There will be relaxed and fun activities and games, such as volleyball, basketball and kickball, as well as crafts and snacks in the gymnasium. A safe environment with constant supervision is promised for the event. Participants are encouraged to pre-register although walk-in registrations are also welcome. A waiver form is required for participation.
