The “Eat for Life” online program guides you in making lifestyle changes that help create a healthier relationship to your food, mind and body by using mind-body practices like meditations and yoga, the principles of mindful and intuitive eating, skills training, and group support. This 10-week course can earn first-time participants 100 points as part of the 2015 Wellness Incentive, which pays eligible employees up to $450 for taking steps to live a healthier life.
The course starts May 29 and costs $50 for faculty, staff and family, with a $25 rebate for full participation. Community members may take the course for $180. Learn more and register online.
