“Fairyland in Treble,” a performance of piano duets mixed with fairy tales for children, will be held 2-3 p.m. Saturday, May 2, in Hasselmann Alumni House. The event is free to attend. Refreshments and snacks will be provided and children are encouraged to bring along a favorite stuffed animal to accompany them.
Lorie Francis, a lecturer in music, and Dr. Deborah Rambo Sinn, the 2015 Weiner Distinguished Professor of Humanities, will perform piano duets composed by Nikolas Sideris for computer games. The fairy tales will be a combination of traditional and newly written stories read by Missouri S&T faculty, staff and students. For more information about the event, email Sinn.
