Complete your self-appraisal in myPerformance

The window for employees to complete their self-appraisal is now open. Missouri S&T full-time benefit-eligible employees should complete their self-appraisals by Friday, April 17. This will allow managers to begin completing appraisals of their staff in order to assure all steps in the process are completed within the allowed timeframe. As you go about completing your self-appraisal, don’t forget the list of resources and how-to guides available on the myPerformance Human Resources webpage.
