New facilities work request system

On Wednesday, April 1, physical facilities will change the way you request services. You will be able to open a service request by logging into the Maximo system.

  1. Visit
  2. Click on “Submit A Ticket Online”
  3. Log in using your network credentials.

There you will find a service request dashboard where you can open a new service request or view previously created service requests.

The existing web-based “Facilities Work Order” system will be discontinued at the same time. A courtesy message with the new link will be displayed directing you to the new site. For more information about the new system, please go to the following link.
