Are you a faculty member who would like the inside scoop on university news and initiatives? Would you like to get to know more of your fellow faculty members? Are you interested in having a venue to informally visit with university administration? If you answered yes to any of these questions, consider participating in “Faculty First Fridays” brown bag lunches. This is a new social event designed to bring the Missouri S&T faculty community together.

Each brown bag will be held from noon to 1 p.m. the first Friday of each month. Participants should bring their own lunch, and the chancellor’s office will provide drinks (iced tea, water, coffee) and desserts. The first event will be held on Friday, March 6, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. Subsequent lunches will be held in the Hasselmann Alumni House.

“Faculty First Fridays” will be held in 2015 as follows:
