Twenty-three faculty members received a faculty achievement, research, service or teaching award. Each award winner received a $1,000 stipend funded by industry and alumni contributions during a Feb. 23 ceremony on campus.

The following received a 2014 Achievement Award:

Merilee A. Krueger, associate teaching professor, psychological science

Dr. Jana Neiss, director of Missouri S&T’s teacher education program and an assistant teaching professor, history and political science

Dr. Katie Shannon, associate teaching professor, biological sciences

Dr. Honglan Shi, associate teaching professor, chemistry

Terry Wilson, associate teaching professor, biological sciences
