Instructors are invited to participate in “Rules of Student Engagement: A Workshop on Active Learning Strategies in the Classroom” 8 a.m.-noon Friday, Jan. 16, in the Missouri-Ozark Room of the Havener Center. Topics will include strategies and benefits of a flipped classroom, optimal use of clickers, how to generate good classroom discussion and other proven strategies to engage students in learning.
