Dr. Mark Suskin, deputy director of the National Science Foundation’s Division of Advanced Cyberinfrastructure, will be a keynote speaker at the Research and Technology Development conference (RTD2014) Sept. 15-16. Suskin will speak about obtaining funding for research and present a view of the future steps of the Division of Advanced CyberInfrastructure. See a list of all conference events online. Attendees of RTD2014 are required to register. There is no cost for attendees of the event.
Suskin’s position and background makes him a perfect fit for RTD2014 and his extensive experience with research collaboration will make for valuable sharing. With a Ph.D. in theoretical atomic physics from the Johns Hopkins University in 1987, he should feel right at home with the many research professionals attending RTD2014.
