Residential life will host Mike Dilbeck, a national campus speaker, at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, in Room G-3 Schrenk Hall. Dilbeck’s talk is titled “Response Ability: The Revolution for Courageous Leadership.” The campus community is invited to attend. His talk will focus on the impact of bystander behavior and what students can do to promote a healthier, happier and safer campus community.

In an effort to build a stronger campus community residential life wants all students to feel as though they have the responsibility, opportunity and skills to step up and intervene in situations that they feel are not okay. Dilbeck’s presentation will help promote confidence in students to be courageous leaders on campus. There will be a sign-in for first-year students in class FE10 so they can receive extra credit.
