Submit ASCE conference abstracts

The 14th ASCE International Conference on Engineering, Science, Construction and Operations in Challenging Environments (Earth and Space 2014) will be held in St Louis, the first time in the Midwest, on Oct. 27-29. Submit one to two page abstracts for the conference to earthspaceconf2014.mst.edu by Monday, April 14.
Four Symposia will be held simultaneously:
- Granular Materials in Space Exploration, chaired by Phil Metzger
- Exploration and Utilization of Extra-Terrestrial Bodies, chaired by Kris Zacny
- Advanced Materials and Designs for Hydraulic, Earth, and Aerospace Structures, chaired by Pizhong Qiao
- Structures in Challenging Environments: Dynamics, Controls, Smart Structures and Sensors, chaired by Ramesh Malla
Missouri S&T is organizing this biennial conference, so this is a convenient opportunity to display campus research. Email the symposium chairs (above), the distance and continuing education office, or Leslie Gertsch if you have questions.
