Curators meet today, Friday

The University of Missouri System Board of Curators is on campus Thursday and Friday for the board’s spring meeting. The board, which is the governing body of the four-campus UM System, is meeting in St. Pat’s Ballroom A and B of the Havener Center. Thursday’s public meeting begins at 9 a.m. with the swearing-in of the new student representative to the curators, Tracy Mulderig, a Ph.D. student from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. The board goes into closed executive session at approximately 9:35 a.m., then reconvenes at 1 p.m.
The board meeting begins at 9 a.m. on Friday morning. Also on Friday, Chancellor Cheryl B. Schrader will update the curators on the campus master plan and present an overview of S&T’s strategic plan.
