Michelle Bresnahan has been named the new director of environmental health and safety at S&T. She will begin her duties Tuesday, April 1.
Bresnahan previously served as a health physics technician and health physicist at S&T. She also served as assistant director of environmental health and safety from June 2010 to June 2011 before leaving to work in industry. She earned both bachelor of science and master of science degrees in nuclear engineering from S&T in 2004 and 2007, respectively. Bresnahan replaces Ray Bono, who is retiring.
