Scholars’ Mine/Bepress discussion today

One of the items in the strategic plan for the Curtis Laws Wilson Library is to develop Scholars’ Mine. As part of the process, there are considerations to content hosting platforms. One of the alternatives for a new “digital commons” is Berkeley Electronic Press (Bepress). Bepress will be on campus today, Thursday, Feb. 27, and Friday, Feb. 28, for a series of demonstrations and discussions.
This is an opportunity to learn how the Bepress platform may utilize the content in Scholars’ Mine. More information can be found on the library’s website. While not required, participants are encouraged to register online. For more information email Roger Weaver.
