Do you serve on a for-profit board?

The University of Missouri System has asked for assistance in gathering information related to university faculty and staff that are serving on any boards of for-profit organizations on behalf of the university. The information will help determine if the university’s existing insurance coverage is sufficient to address potential claims from such service or if the for-profit entity is providing director and officer insurance coverage.
Any faculty or staff members that serve on the board(s) of for-profit entities on behalf of the university are asked to notify S&T’s business services department by emailing financeadmin@mst.edu by Friday, Feb. 21, with the name of the entity or entities. Call 341-4122 for more information.
