Congratulations to the 2014 class for the Administrative Leadership Development Program (ALDP) for their acceptance into the program. The ALDP was created a number of years ago as part of the President’s Academic Leadership Institute initiated by former University of Missouri System President Manuel Pacheco. Admission for each class is a selective process and many qualified applicants cannot be accepted due to limits on class size. The program is intended to help foster the development of promising individuals who are in, or are on track to move in to, administrative roles in non-academic departments. Congratulate members of this year’s class when you see them.

  • Cecilia Elmore, director of student diversity, outreach and women’s programs
  • Susan Potrafka, assistant director of international affairs
  • Fred Stone, design engineer in administrative services
  • Diane Stutts, assistant director of counseling, disability support and student wellness
  • Trisha Watson, student program administrator in student success programs
