Quarantine summary replaces Postini

Starting Tuesday, Jan. 14, faculty and staff now receive a daily email quarantine summary containing their incoming messages identified as potential spam. Missouri S&T will no longer use the Postini service. Instead, incoming email processing and spam quarantine will be handled by Google Apps before reaching your mailbox.

Your daily email will be sent from noreply@email-quarantine.google.com and have a subject beginning “Quarantine Summary” followed by two dates. For more information, contact the IT Help Desk at 341-4357.
