Ignite Rolla-call for abstracts

Ignite Rolla, an evening of brief TED Talk-style lectures designed to showcase the inspirational ideas being generated by members of the Missouri S&T campus and the Rolla community, will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, in St. Pat’s Ballroom C of the Havener Center. Interested participants may submit an abstract to the S&T Council of Graduate Students by Friday, Feb. 7. More information is available on the CGS website.
Sponsored by CGS, the event will consist of a series of 12-minute talks designed to engage the campus and community. Topics could include research, work or hobbies – anything that is a source of inspiration that can be shared to “ignite” the community. All talks will be video-recorded and shared on the CGS website following the event.
