IT help request system upgrade Dec. 14

The online IT help request system will be unavailable all day Saturday, Dec. 14, during the upgrade of the BMC Remedy Service Request Management software. The upgraded version will be easier to use. If you have any questions or need help using the system contact the IT Help Desk at 341-HELP (4357).
