Hazardous waste in your house seminar

The civil, architectural and environmental engineering department and the Environmental Research Center are co-sponsoring a seminar titled “The hazardous waste dump that is your house.” Dr. Glenn Morrison, associate professor of environmental engineering at S&T, will host the seminar at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in Room 124 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. He will speak about semi-volatile organic compounds’ (SVOCs) movements from one surface to another through the air.
