Breakout sessions at Vendor Fair

As a part of this year’s Vendor Fair, held on Tuesday, Sept. 17, in St. Pat’s Ballroom in the Havener Center, procurement will be hosting “hot topic” breakout sessions. Four separate 30-minute sessions will be held throughout the day. Topics and times are:
10-10:30 a.m. – Making changes to your requisition
10:45-11:15 a.m. – Sole source overview
11:30-noon – Tips for searching in “Show Me Shop”
12:15-12:45 p.m. – “Show Me Shop” shopper-only role information.
All breakout sessions will be held in the Meramec/Gasconade Room in the Havener Center. No need to preregister, just drop by any of the sessions that interest you. For more detailed information on each topic, go to procurement.mst.edu or contact Stacy Jones.
