5k run/walk for veterans

The Chancellor’s Leadership Academy is hosting a 5K run/walk on Saturday, Sept. 7, to benefit the Missouri S&T Student Veterans Association. The Missouri S&T Student Veterans Association helps veterans achieve their educational and transitional goals, providing community support and university representation.
Check-in opens at 8 a.m. and the race begins at 9 a.m. The cost to register is $15; those who register by Tuesday, Sept. 3, will receive a free t-shirt. The event will be hosted at Ber Juan Park in Rolla. Awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Online and printable registration forms can be found at cla.mst.edu.
