Join the Weight Loss Challenge today

It’s your last chance to join the Summer Weight Loss Challenge. The cost is $10 (cash only). For every pound lost, Healthy for Life will donate $1 to the Food Bank of Central and Northeast Missouri, which serves Phelps County. Faculty, staff, retirees and their spouses or partners can register and weigh-in from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, in Room 106 Computer Science Building or Room 113 Centennial Hall. Coventry health insurance is not required. It’s a great opportunity to become active, eat healthy and improve your overall health and wellness. Email questions to Healthy for Life’s Sarah Ellis.
