Submit action items for strategic plan by April 2

The campus community is asked to review the “Themes and Levers” document that was developed by the Strategic Planning Coalition through campus brainstorming sessions and department visits. The next step in the process is to develop action items for each Lever.
These action items will be prioritized to determine which will be pursued next year. Action items must be submitted by 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, through the anonymous hotline and suggestion box for strategic planning on the provost’s website. Please indicate the Theme (Theme 1, 2, 3 or 4) and Lever each action item addresses.
The Strategic Planning Coalition regrets the short notice but must conform to UM System President Timothy Wolfe’s deadline. Quick action is needed to continue to build S&T’s strategic plan. Your input, along with ideas from campus and department targeted brainstorming sessions, will help develop these action items.
