St. Pat’s Food and Winter Wear Drive

Missouri S&T Staff Council is sponsoring the St. Pat’s Food and Winter Wear Drive. Items collected will be passed on to the Salvation Army, which provides food and clothing for the less fortunate in the local community. You can donate items until March 13. If you have questions, contact Michelle Mehmert at 341-6446.
Drop boxes will be located in the following buildings and departments:


Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering, Campus Support Facility, Castleman Hall, Centennial Hall, Computer Science Building, Emerson Hall (electrical engineering), Engineering Management Building, Engineering Research Laboratory, Fulton Hall, General Services Building, Harris Hall, Havener Center, Humanities and Social Sciences Building, Curtis Laws Wilson Library, McNutt Hall, Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building, Straumanis-James Hall, Norwood Hall, Parker Hall, Physics Building, South Central Regional Professional Development Center, Rock Mechanics and Explosive Research Center, Rolla Building, Schrenk Hall, Bureau of Mines Building, Custodial and Landscape Services Building (Grounds Shop), the residential life department and Toomey Hall.
Suggested donations are: canned vegetables (green beans, corn, pork and beans, etc.), canned soup (vegetable, chicken noodle, tomato, etc.), canned fruit (mixed fruit, peaches, applesauce, etc.), peanut butter, crackers, cereal, macaroni, spaghetti, mac and cheese, brownie and cake mixes, pancake and biscuit mixes, instant mashed potatoes, cocoa mix, ramen noodles, canned spaghetti, ravioli, tuna, salmon, etc., and gently used winter clothes (coats, gloves, scarfs, boots, jeans, etc).
