It is 150 years later and where are we now? What were the original goals of the Emancipation Proclamation and have those goals been met? Dr. Illya Davis will discuss the impact of the Emancipation Proclamation at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center.
