The winter 2012 issue of the CERTI newsletter, celebrating excellence in teaching and learning, is now available online. In this edition read how mathematics and statistics professor Martin Bohner communicates his passion for learning; associate professor Katie Shannon increases participation in classroom discussions; engineering management professor Susan Murray minimizes interruptions to increase productivity, and 37 instructors receive Faculty Excellence and Outstanding Teaching Awards. The newsletter is published by the Center for Educational Research and Teaching Innovation.
