New interface for IT help requests

Beginning Jan. 7, 2013, you will see a new online interface for the IT help request or “ticketing” system used to submit help requests to S&T’s information technology staff. Requests will continue to be received and addressed by current S&T IT staff located here on campus. The S&T IT Help Desk Call Center and Walk-In Center will remain available to assist via phone (573-341-4357) or by visiting the Walk-In Center on the first floor of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library.
