The Solar House Team is looking for scrap lumber to build piers for the 2013 Chameleon House. If you have scrap dimensional lumber that is longer than 3-foot (2×4, 2×6, 4×4 or larger), the S&T Solar House Team would love to repurpose it for you. Cedar, pine, oak, treated or untreated lumber are all welcome — it just needs to be sound and dry. Nails, screws and paint are no problem and no quantity is too large or small. Contact Bob Phelan at phelanb@mst.edu or 341-6782 to coordinate drop-offs. If the quantity is large enough, the team will arrange to pick it up.
