Next advising conference to cover FERPA, AAA

Deanne Jackson, registrar, and Jennifer Thorpe, associate registrar, will present “Speaking the FERPA speech and the New (AAA) Additional Authorized Access parent agreement” from noon to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, in Room 208 Norwood Hall. The session will highlight how faculty and staff can effectively communicate with parents or legal guardians when they are contacted and will discuss the new AAA agreement that took effect last spring.
