Learn tips, tools for assessing learning

Instructors are invited to the second session in the Faculty Learning Community “Tips and Tools for Assessing Student Learning” at noon, Friday, Oct. 19, in Room 208 Norwood Hall. Participation in the first session is not necessary to benefit from the event.
These Faculty Learning Community sessions complement the Curators’ Teaching Summit series that were held this fall on the topic of student learning and are presented by CERTI and educational technology.
The interactive session will cover:
- targeting and measuring specific levels of thinking for your students
- aligning teaching and assessment tools more effectively
- using low-tech classroom assessment techniques to find out where your students are struggling.
This is a brown bag lunch event. Dessert and drinks will be provided. RSVP to hagnid@mst.edu to reserve your spot.
