Flu shots available Thursday

Healthy for Life, the faculty and staff wellness program, is sponsoring a flu clinic from 3-6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. Faculty, staff and their dependents who are age 12 and older and are enrolled in a UM Health Care plan may receive a free flu shot. Bring insurance cards and a completed Flu Consent Form for each individual receiving the vaccine. Not a UM Health Care plan enrollee? Those age 12 and older can still receive the vaccination for $15 (cash or check made payable to Healthy for Life) with a completed Flu Consent Form.
