Get moving and take charge of your health in the following programs:

Get a taste of mindfulness
Interested in having a mindful relationship to your food, your body, and your life but often forget your good intentions? Consider hooking up with the social media support community called Tasting Mindfulness. Created and maintained by Dr. Lynn Rossy at Healthy for Life, the wellness program for faculty and staff, it is designed to support you in your quest for a happier, healthier lifestyle. Through these sites you can find encouragement, advice, and support from Rossy and others. Subscribe to a weekly blog, “like” it on
Facebook, and follow it on Twitter. Check out these great audio and video recordings you can access for free.
