Healthy for Life, the faculty and staff wellness program, will post campus trail maps in the coming weeks. Check out printable versions of the maps here. Catch a glimpse of the maps in your building’s stairwells and make plans to start your own walking group. You can obtain a free walking group kit by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you prefer to walk the trails without a group, you can sign up for the Million Step Pedometer Program and earn prizes for your progress by email.
This project was a collaborative effort between Healthy for Life and Missouri S&T human resource services, affirmative action, diversity and inclusion, Staff Council, and Leann Light of printing and mail services. Special thanks to Missouri S&T student Patrick Hernandez, who created the maps.
