Cats of Mirikitani is next free film

The next offering in the Fall 2012 Free Film Festival, The Cats of Mirikitani, will be shown at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, in Leach Theatre. The film is free and open to the public. This 2006 documentary directed by Linda Hattendorf is about Jimmy Mirikitani, a feisty painter working and living on the street near the World Trade Center during 9/11.
