All faculty and staff email accounts will be upgraded to 15 gigabytes (GB) of mailbox storage quota versus the current 1 GB. Each account will be migrated to an updated email server beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, May 11. Users will experience mailbox unavailability while their accounts are moved, lasting up to two hours. Migration of all campus accounts may take up to two weeks. To complete the upgrade, users may need to reconfigure the settings on their email client or mobile device after their mailbox moves to the new server.
