S&T baseball, softball teams to host make-up games

Missouri S&T’s baseball and softball teams will return to the field today, Monday April 16, after having their scheduled home weekend contests rained out. The baseball team will face Rockhurst University and the softball team will host Quincy University in Great Lakes Valley Conference play.
The Lady Miner softball team will take the field first, as it is slated to begin its doubleheader with Quincy at noon.
The baseball team, which was nationally ranked in the latest national poll, will play its doubleheader against Rockhurst at 1 p.m. at the S&T Baseball Field. Admission to all games is free.
