Plug into the green — get your department on new student flash drives

August will bring a whole new class of Miners to campus, so don’t miss this opportunity to let the new students know about your organization and how they can get involved in it. For just $20, your organization’s colorful, hyperlinked ad will go out to all incoming freshmen and transfer students in a flash drive. Ads are due by June 1:
- Ads are one 8 1/2 x 11, vertical (portrait) orientation in Word, Publisher, PDF (no photo files, please)
- You are responsible for placing working hyperlinks
- Payment can be made with cash, check or through your organization’s on-campus account
- Flash drives will be distributed during Convocation on Aug. 13 and Transfer Transitions on Aug. 16.
