Representatives from six of Missouri S&T’s top corporate partners will be on campus for the spring Career Fair Tuesday, Feb. 21. Representatives from Ameren, Anheuser-Busch, Caterpillar, John Deere, Halliburton and Monsanto will be at the event and will be recognized by several Missouri S&T officials for their support. S&T’s top corporate partners are selected each year by S&T’s Corporate Relations Team based on full-time hiring, giving, research, and number of S&T alumni employed.
The Corporate Relations Team is led by Dr. Philip Whitefield, interim vice provost for academic affairs. Other members are Dr. K. Krishnamurthy, vice provost of research and sponsored programs; Dr. Henry Wiebe, vice provost of global learning; Dr. Edna Grover-Bisker, director of Career Opportunities and Employer Relations; Mary Bird, senior development officer; Keith Strassner, director of the office of technology transfer and economic development; Dr. Donald C. Wunsch, the Mary K. Finley Professor of Computer Engineering; Dr. F. Scott Miller, associate teaching professor of materials science and engineering; and Dr. Kelvin Erickson, professor and chair of electrical and computer engineering.
