Oerther to give ‘One Book’ lecture

Dr. Daniel Oerther will give a presentation in the One Book Lecture Series titled “How to Choose Intentional Living” at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, in the Missouri-Ozark Room of the Havener Center. Oerther, the John A. and Susan Mathes Chair of Environmental Engineering, will discuss how he and his family have deliberately chosen to simplify their lives and to lessen their environmental impact on the world. The presentation is open to all. The One Book Lecture Series is inspired by this year’s book, No Impact Man, by Colin Beavan.
