Hilmas to lecture

The materials science and engineering department invites the campus community to Dr. Greg Hilmas’ lecture titled “Tribute to Students and Colleagues During 19 Years of Ceramic Research” at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9. Hilmas was named Curators’ Professor of ceramic engineering in December. Refreshments will be served in the McNutt Hall common area at 3 p.m. prior to the lecture.
